An ideal location close to shopping and restaurants. The Junior Suite offered a cozy stay with a beautiful garden view. Staff were exceptionally welcoming, and our dining experience at Botanic with its delicious tapas was unforgettable. The tranquil pool areas provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Only minor issues were the need for more quiet corners and occasional delays in service during peak hours.

Incredible spa, stunning atmosphere, and attentive service.

I stayed in the Suite with Hottub and Terrace on the rooftop, and wow, it totally blew me away. The size was incredible, and I loved chilling on the terrace with a glass of cava. The bed was super comfy, and the amenities made it feel really special. Everything felt luxurious without being over the top. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better room.

It was just a good pick for a trip in Palma de Mallorca with great value-to-price ratio. The garden area was a lovely spot to unwind. Be mindful of extra charges for coffee capsules in your room.

The rooftop pool offers stunning views of the city, perfect for unwinding after a bustling day of exploring. The artistically crafted rooms feature unique designs that add character and charm, making every corner visually appealing.

The rooms can be misleading. our Deluxe Suite felt much smaller and darker than the pictures portrayed, leaving us somewhat underwhelmed. My head got acquainted with the low rafters, leading to a few frustrating moments when navigating to the bathroom at night. Dining experiences, while promising, occasionally fell flat. the multi-course menu at the restaurant didn’t always deliver the flavor we were hoping for, showing some inconsistency that didn’t match the luxurious setting.

The exquisite blend of historical charm and modern elegance throughout the hotel made it a true visual delight, especially the inviting garden area which felt accessible and serene, perfect for relaxing strolls or quiet moments.

More quiet areas for privacy would be appreciated.

A hidden oasis in the city

Waking up in our Junior Suite, we stepped onto the terrace and enjoyed a peaceful breakfast, surrounded by exquisite gardens. The staff’s attention truly made our stay unforgettable.

However, the spiral staircase to our bed was quite challenging at night. Navigating it felt risky, especially after a long day of exploring Palma.

The hotel exuded charm and the beautifully renovated spaces were impressive. The staff was friendly, but service felt slow at times, especially during breakfast. Additionally, noise from the street level room detracted from the experience. Yet, the ambiance and location were certainly highlights that made the visit memorable.

I had an amazing time enjoying the rooftop pool and the peaceful garden area during my stay. The spa services were top-notch, especially the full body massage and beauty treatments that helped me unwind. The room was a bit snug for my taste, but overall, it didn’t take away from the great experience. 🌟

Can recommend for a brief hiatus

Charming hotel building, comfortable room, with friendly staff who made our stay enjoyable. the innovative plant-led restaurant was an unexpected delight, and we loved unwinding in the serene garden terrace and taking advantage of the heated swimming pool in April.
